In order for the Board to implement the requirements of Clause 18 of the Accountants and Auditors (Registration) By-Laws, 2023, which states, “18. -(1) Every registered member shall notify the Board of any changes of address within twenty-one days from the date of any such change of address. (2) A person who fails to comply with the requirement of subparagraph (1) shall, upon notice, pay a penalty for non-compliance as prescribed in the Third Schedule.”, the Board informs its esteemed Members that, you are required to update your address in your MEMS’s account within the provided duration of twenty-one days from the date of this notice. After the stated period, you will be required to submit any changes in writing and according to the requirements of the stated clause above.

To complete as required, login to your MEMS’s account and click ‘Registration’ menu. On Registration your required to complete all three sub-menus as enlisted hereunder;

1.Personal details:

• Click ‘Edit Details’ and then fill all areas with correct and up-to-date details. Make sure you click ‘save changes’ button to submit the record to the Board.
• Add/change your profile picture by ensuring you add correct picture as per requirements provided by the Board by clicking ‘change profile picture’ button.

2.Academic and Professional qualifications:

• Click ‘Add Qualification’ button and then proceed to fill correct information in the fields therein and then attach respective certificate which MUST be in PDF format only. Make sure you click ‘save changes’ to submit the record to the Board.

3.Working Experience:

• Click ‘Add New’ button to add your employment history from the previous employers to the most current employer. Make sure you click ‘save changes’ button to submit the record to the Board.
