During its 182nd meeting held on 22nd June, 2020, the NBAA Governing Board approved the issuance of Tanzania Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) No.1 – The Report by those charged with governance with effective date on or before 1^st January 2021.

In order to help reporting entities apply the revised TFRS 1, the Board has prepared TFRS 1 Disclosure Checklist, but this checklist is not part of the standard.
