Outstanding Annual Subscription Fees

Below is the list of members who have not paid their annual subscription fees for more than one year. If you are in the list, you are given up to 30th June, 2022 to settle your outstanding annual subscription fees.

The outstanding annual subscription fee that you see in your Members and Examinations Management System (MEMS) account includes also penalty for the entire period that you have failed to pay the fees. The list contains, Attachment A (GAs), Attachment B (ACPA & ACPA-PP), Attachment C (FCPA & FCPA-PP), Attachment D (Temporary Members) and Attachment E (Approved accountants).

To pay your outstanding annual subscription fee visit NBAA MEMS, login and open subscription bill menu to request Bill and obtain Payment control number. Make payment through Bank (NMB/CRDB) or Mobile (Airtel Money/Halo Pesa/Mpesa/Tigo Pesa/TPesa) by selecting (Government Payments) and use the provided payment control number as your payment reference. Save the received confirmation message from the Service Provider as a proof of payment in case, the Board requires it.

The list of members that have not paid their annual subscription fees is also available at the NBAA website together with the guideline on how to check your outstanding balance, generate control number and pay for it. Please pay your outstanding fee to avoid deregistration or other inconveniences.

If your outstanding fee remains unpaid after 1st July, 2022, the Board will commence deregistration process by issuing public notice of intention to deregister you. This will include publishing all names of defaulters in the local newspapers and NBAA website as per the NBAA Establish Act and Membership (Registration) Bylaws.

To pay for the penalty please login into your MEMS’ account, open subscription bills menu available under bills and click pay now to generate control number. Failure to pay the penalty within the required time for those members who have no reasonable cause may lead to disciplinary action that the Board may consider appropriate as per the Accountants and Auditors (Registration) Act, Cap 286.
